CARAMEL AND COFFEE CARAMEL ROASTED PEANUTS

These quick and easy Caramel Peanuts have a lovely crunch to them but they aren’t noisy so are perfect for quiet cinemas. They are also happily vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
What You'll Need
  • Caramel Peanuts
  • 120ml Water
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 210 g Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
  • Caramel Coffee Peanuts
  • 120ml Water
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 210 g Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
How to Make It
  1. Caramel Peanuts
  2. Add the water, sugar and sea salt to a frying pan and heat over a high heat until it boils.
  3. Add the peanuts and turn the heat down to medium. Keep stirring until all the liquid dries up.
  4. Pour the peanuts onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper to cool. Don’t be tempted to eat straight away as they will be very hot.
  5. When cool they are ready to eat. Serve with ice cold drinks. Store in an airtight container.
  6. Coffee Caramel Peanuts
  7. Add the water, sugar and instant coffee to a frying pan and heat over a high heat until it boils.
  8. Add the peanuts and turn the heat down to medium. Keep stirring until all the liquid dries up.
