Perfect for a lunchbox, bento box or picnic. Great for grown ups too! Easy wraps 3 ways.
What You'll Need
  • Ham and Cream Cheese Wrap
  • 1 Large Wrap
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • Handful Spinach
  • 2 Slices Ham
  • 5 Strawberries, hulled
  • Handful Blueberries
  • Chicken and Avocado Wrap
  • 1 Large Wrap
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 2 Thin Slices of cucumber (sliced lengthways)
  • 50g Cooked Chicken (You can use leftover roasted chicken)
  • Half an Avocado, sliced into quarters.
  • Handful Cherry Tomatoes
  • Vegetarian Wrap
  • 1 Large Wrap
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • Handful Spinach
  • 70g Carrots, grated
  • ΒΌ Cucumber, sliced
How to Make It
  1. Ham and Cream Cheese Wrap
  2. Put the wrap on a chopping board.
  3. Spread cream cheese all over the wrap evenly.
  4. Lay the spinach on top of the cheese.
  5. Put a piece of ham in the middle right hand side of the wrap and another on the left.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly, cut into 6 pieces and arrange them in a bento/lunch box.
  7. Mix the hulled strawberries and blueberries to make a delicious side dish.
  8. Chicken and Avocado Wrap
  9. Put a wrap on a chopping board.
  10. Evenly spread hummus around the whole wrap.
  11. Put cucumber slices in the middle.
  12. Add the cooked chicken on top on the cucumber.
  13. Lay the avocado slices on the top of the chicken.
  14. Roll up the wrap tightly. Spread a bit of hummus on the edges so the wrap will stick together.
  15. Cut the rolled up wrap into 6 pieces and arrange them in a bento/lunch box.
  16. The cherry tomatoes make a delicious side dish.
  17. Vegetarian Wrap
  18. Put a wrap on a chopping board.
  19. Spread the hummus evenly over the whole wrap.
  20. Lay the spinach on top of the hummus, put carrots in the centre and roll them up tightly.
  21. Cut the rolled wrap into 6 pieces and arrange them in a bento/lunch box.
