The perfect accompaniment to any grilled meat. Upgrade your Korean BBQ with my spring onion salad, Ssamjang and Sesame Oil Dipping Sauce.
What You'll Need
  • Spicy Spring Onion Salad
  • 2 tbsp Korean Apple Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Korean Red Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 200g Spring/Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • Mild Spring Onion Salad
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp Apple Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • ½ tbsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 200g Spring Onions, thinly sliced
How to Make It
  1. Spicy Spring Onion Salad
  2. Pour the apple vinegar, soy sauce, Korean chili powder, sugar and roasted sesame seeds in a bowl and mix them thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the sesame oil and the sliced spring/green onions. Mix well.
  4. Pour the vinegar mixture into the mixing bowl. Mix them well and enjoy these gorgeous salads with your BBQ meat.
  5. Mild Spring Onion Salad
  6. Mix the sesame oil, apple vinegar, fine sea salt, granulated sugar and roasted sesame seeds in a bowl.
  7. Add the sliced spring onions and mix them thoroughly. Enjoy these salads with your BBQ meat.
